CONDITIONS:
1, All installation must comply with all requíi-emenis oí the Colorado State Board of Healih lndividual Ser,vage
Disposalsystems Chapter 25, Article 10 C.R.S. 1973, Revised 1984.
2. This pennit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with Couniy zoning and
buitding requiremenis. Connectíon to or use wiih any dwelling or struciures not approved by the Buifding and
Zoning ofäce shall automatically be a violation or a requírernent oí the permit and cause for both legal actíon
and revocation of the Permit.
3. Any person who constructs, alters, or insialls an indivídual sewage disposat sysiem in a manner which
involves a knowing and materíalvaríation from the terms or specifÌcations contaíned in the application of
permii commits a Class 1, Peiry Offense ($500.00 fine - 6 months in jail or both).
