property 8040 County Road 117. This property is being held by us as Qualified
Intermediary (QD as part of a tax deferred exchange under Section 1031 of the Internal
Revenue Code. We have gone under contract with Richard L. Garnett, stating that he is
able to act for an<l on behalf of the property. I have included our Net Lease Agreement.
