The parcels share a well, permitted as Division of Water Resources Well Permit 162919. There is a Well Sharing Agreement (attached) permitting both lot owners legal access to the well. A septic permit was issued for both homes (attached) at the time of construction. There have been no issues with either the water supply or septic associated with the homes on either lot.
