Box 2168 Glenwood Springs, CO 81602 RE: Building Permit No. 4385 TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY Dear Mr. & Mrs, Sims: Garfield County uses the 1988 Uniform Building code and other associated codes as the basis of the County Building Code. Section 305(d) requires the following: "There shall be a final inspection and approval of all buildings and structures when completed and ready for occupancy and use".
