The proposed wood foundation system shall comply with Uniform Building Code dStandard No. 29-3 (attached). Footing shall extend at least 36" below finish grade. 3. Provide premises identification which is legible from the highway if not already existing (Sec. 513, UBC). The purpose of this requirement is for emergency vehicle response. (g4.
