Inc. I have reviewed bearing conditions of columns located.in the crawl space area of the above mentioned residence. The -. purpose of this review was to -analyze the bearing area of the columns directly onto pressure treated wood and the results of deformation of the wood regarding per- pendicular to grain capacity. Post bases as originally called out on plans prepared by by our office, weyyr, eeliminated during the framing process by Mr. Sande. We have foundfiixee areas that will require additional bearing area which can be gained by adding, additional vertical 2 x 6's nailed to the existing columns. Wehave clouded the areas on the plan provided herein and have made it' as an attachment to this report. If you have any questions regarding this report, or if we can be of further service, please contact us.
