containing 2.67 acres.
also known as number vacant land
situated in the said County of Garfield , Colorado, dated
October 21 1993 betweenJim Mazuchi and Judy A. Mazuchi , Seller,
andOrlan L. Dove, Jr. and Robin R. Dove , Purchaser.
The undersigned Seller accepts said proposed contract, subject to the following amendments:
1. Purchase price shall be $33,000.
2. Purchasers to present Seller a letter of credit from Colorado
Federal Credit Union upon acceptance of this counterproposal.
3. Also at the time of acceptance of this contract purchasers will
present the seller a letter from the County Planning Dept. that
illustrates purchaser's mobile home meets county regulations in
regard to placing it as a permanent structure on the subject
property.
