RE: Certification of Retaining Wall construction for Cuc Construction Shop
Building located at 625 Airport Road, Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Dear Mr. Schwaller,
As requested by Cuc Construction we have prepared this letter of
certification for the retaining walls as constructed for the construction shop
building located at 625 Airport Road, Glenwood Springs, Colorado. With
respect to these retaining walls, Gamba & Associates, Inc. prepared the
engineered design for the walls on plans dated October 17, 2016. The design
was prepared in accordance with the applicable Garfield County regulations.
The retaining walls were constructed in 2018 and the various stages of
construction were observed by Gamba & Associates, Inc.
We hereby certify that the retaining walls as constructed at 625 Airport Road
were constructed in accordance with the plans prepared by Gamba &
Associates, Inc. and in accordance with the applicable Garfield County
regulations.
