Dear Mr. Milner:
Attached is a Building Permit Application requesting permission to
install a portable skid-mounted radio equipment building and 30 foot
tower in the Parachute water plant yard.
Also attached is a diagram of the water plant yard showing the proposed
location of the building and tower, a photograph of the type building
to be used, and a check in the amount of $54 (payable to Garfield County
Treasury) to cover the permit fee.
The proposed building is an 8'x 6' moulded fiberglass structure. The
building will be set on pre-cast concrete blocks. Electric power as
indicated on the attached diagram will be run from an existing
Colorado Public Service transformer pole near the water plant. Cost
of the building is $5,000 and installation is estimated to be $1,000.
The projected life of the proposed radio facility is three to five years.
Considering our projected installation date of the week of May 4, 1981,
we are tardy in filing this application and expedited action will be
very much appreciated.
