This letter is to serve as the final correspondence on this system. Based on the initial
observation of the site and observations of components in place by personnel from
Zancanella and Associates, and on photographs and other information supplied by the
contractor and suppliers, we believe that this ISDS system was installed in accordance
with the intent of the design.
