of Occupancy - (UBC Sec. 502)
This certificate is issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 307 of the Uniform Building Code certifying that at

ordinances of the jurisdiction. Certificated presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of this code or of
other ordinances of the jurisdiction shall riot be valid. (UBC Sec. 307(a)).
