NOTICE

Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Add trim to garage side of man door for fire wall integraty
Grab rail for stairs not to code. Must extent from bull nose to bull nose. 1 1/2" min clear from edge
Remove smoke and c o covers
Add landing at bottom of stairs 7/34" max riser and 3/8" max difference between risers
Add water hammers to washer box
Caulk / seal pipes in shower
