Mr Wittenberg dropped off a set of fire sprinkler plans at my office last week for the residence at 243 Elk
Ridge, but a) they were not prepared and signed by a NICET III level engineer; b) they did not include
product specification sheets or hydraulic calculations; c) there were only two copies (we require 3).
I called to inform him of the discrepancy and he is working with an engineer in Denver to provide the needed
plans.
