Meridian be ing more particularly described as follo ws :
Beginning at the southwest corner of Section 34, Township 5 South, Range 89 West of the
6th Principal Meri dian; thence S 27'41'40" E 1488 .66 feet to the northerly right of way line
of Interstate 70; thence along said northerty right of way line the following cou rse s: N
74"57'30" E 172.60 feet; thence 13.60 feet along the ore of a 1482.40 foot rad ius no n
tangent curve to the right which arc subtends a cho rd bearing N 7513'37" E 13.60 feet to
the lRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence 114.60 feel along the arc of 1482.40 foot radius cu rve
to the r ight whose arc subtends a chord bearing N 77'42'17° E 114.57 feet; thence S
10'05'00" E 10.00 feet; thence N 80'34'30" E 32.01 feet to the westerly boundary of a
parcel of land described in Reception No . 203932 in Book 314 at Page 218 of the records of
the Clerk and Recorder of Ga rfield County, Colorado; thence N 07'06'00" W 283.81 feet;
