INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS & PROJECTIONS.
4) ALL RESTDENCES OVER 3,600 SQUARE FEET lN THE SPRTNGRIDGE RESERVE SUBDIVISION
SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN COMPLIANCE WITH N.F.P.A.
1.3R OR 130. HOMEOWNER OR CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE ALL FIRE SPRINKLER
REQUIREMENTS, INSPECTIONS & APPROVALS WITH THE LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PROVIDE
FIRE DISTRICT APPROVAL LETTER PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE
OF OCCUPANCY.
5) ELECTRICAL pERMITT|NG AND TNSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD,
ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
