I have reviewed plans for Darren Gallegos' residence located at Ranch Creek PUD, Lot 12 (Ranch at Roaring Fork).
However, before we can issue a building permit we require that a copy of the soils report as referenced on your
drawings is submitted to our office for our review and records. Can you please email a copy of this soils report by HP
Geotech to me?
