This building permit is for a remodel & basement finish of an existing residence, and the subject property is Aspen Glen PUD, Filing 1, Lots A-16 and A-17 (parcel ID no. 239329201091). These individual lots were previously merged together in 2014. According to our archival records the project can be summarized as follows: Basement Residence 2,820 Main Level Residence 2,943 Upper Level Residence 1.,743 Sub -Total Residence 7,506 Attached Garage 917 TOTAL FIRE AREA 8,423 I have copied Brian Beazly with David Johnston Architects and Doug Hayes with Hayes Construction on this email to let them know that they will need to reach out to you to determine fire sprinkler requirements for this project. And, as stated above, the contractor will be required to provide evidence of your sign -off regarding this issue prior to final inspection and Certificate of Occupancy.
