Bill:
I wanted to make you aware of an Aspen Glen remodel project that we have recently reviewed and approved — with
specific conditions that the applicant/contractor contact you to see if fire sprinklers may be required. This building
permit is for a remodel & basement finish of an existing residence, and the subject property is Aspen Glen PUD, Filing 1,
Lots A-16 and A-17 (parcel ID no. 239329201091). These individual lots were previously merged together in 2014.
According to our archival records the project can be summarized as follows:
Basement Residence 2,820
Main Level Residence 2,943
Upper Level Residence 1.,743
Sub -Total Residence 7,506
Attached Garage 917
TOTAL FIRE AREA 8,423
I have copied Brian Beazly with David Johnston Architects and Doug Hayes with Hayes Construction on this email to let
them know that they will need to reach out to you to determine fire sprinkler requirements for this project. And, as
stated above, the contractor will be required to provide evidence of your sign -off regarding this issue prior to final
inspection and Certificate of Occupancy.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call, and thanks for your assistance.
