To Garfield County and the City of Glenwood Springs,
1, Shawn Ruse, as the manager of CMH Homes Inc. b/d/a Clayton Homes #1037 am authorized and
empowered to authorize Kate Schwerin and/or David Rasmussen to submit, amend or speak on
behalf any/all procedures necessary to obtain a building permit on the property known as: Lot 3 of
West Rimledge Subdivision PIN# 239324405003.
It is understood that Kate Schwerin and/or David Rasmussen will be solely responsible for any costs
that will be incurred with the submission process including surveys, engineering, plat
revisions/recording etc. Building permits, taps, and construction, to be handled and paid by CMH
Homes.
