NOTICE
Project Address 311 sunflower loop
Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Provide letter for drilled truss
Add dryer vent to new laundry room
Clean and repair current dryer vent in crawl space
Add stud shoe to over drilled stud in laundry room
Provide elevation certificate per red lines on A3
Add straps at discontinued top plate west wall and were splice is less than 2'
Provide letter from engineer for notch in header over garage door
Plans call for double jack
Stud pack at 3 pack Ivl? And add blocking per 8s3.1
Verify stud pack at Ivl at stair opening
Provide letter from engineer for drilled electrical holes drilled in a no drill zone of TJI
Provide truss drawings and add up lift clips per drawings and code
