following page. In accordance with Section 4-203.D, the site plan includes: (1) a legal description for the
subject parcel; (2) survey information for the subject property; (3) existing site topography; (4) significant
on-site features; (5) existing driveway; (6) existing access road (7) existing fences; (8) information
regarding proposed easements; (9) area of the proposed lot; and, (10) zoning of the subject property and
required setbacks.
