The above mentioned development is within the certificated service area of Holy Cross Energy
Holy Cross Energy has existing power Facilities located on or near the above mentioned project
These existing facilities have adequate capacity to provide electric power to the development.
subject to the tariffs, rules and regulations on file. Any power line enlargements, relocations,
and new extensions necessary to deliver adequate power to and within the development will be
undertaken by Holy Cross Energy upon completion of appropriate contractual agreements and
subject to necessary governmental approvals.
Please advise when you wish to proceed with the development of the electric system for this
project.

Matt- Thanks for the map. Look at the location of this project, we do not have gas close. The closest gas we have is north
of your lot, you can see the right of way on the map. Itis the very straight line above your development. That line is a
high pressure line and to get gas from that line and regulated down to a delivery pressure would cost a small fortune.
I'm not even sure we could secure easement to get to you. I can look into an estimate if you want, but it will most likely
be in excess of $1,000,000. Let me know.

now, we have spare facilities to feed this property. Another good idea would be to search for the nearby pedestal &
pedestal number when you are on site next.
