Dear Andy,
The purpose of this letter follows our September 29, 2018 letter to you for the design of the OWTS for
Jeff and Amy Powers on Lot 7 of Gilead Gardens located off Harvest Lane on CR 335 between New Castle
and Silt. Note that Miles Rippy Construction provided the installation. We had an opportunity to view
the construction on March 18 and did not note any deviations from our plan. We have provided a
variety of photos and the original drawing marked as “AS BUILT”.
