OWTS Design As‐Built Letter
Dear Andy,
The purpose of this letter is to provide you a final report of the installation of the OWTS Design for the
Harbin Property located on Lot 19, Sun Meadow Estates in Silt, Colorado. We previously provided you
the design of this system under our correspondence of January 21, 2019. Accordingly, the system has
been installed in accordance to that correspondence excepting the fact that as construction
commenced, we updated the piping, septic location and the distribution box based upon as built
conditions.
We have attached photos of the system installation along with a copy of AS‐BUILT MAPPING dated
2/18/2019 for your records.
