13100 CR 204
At the request of your agent, Capstone Enterprises West, LLC (Capstone) inspected the construction of the
foundation pad at 13100 CR 204. The purpose of these inspections was to verify that the soils were as anticipated
from the previous geotechnical reports and to insure that the subgrade and backfill were moisture conditioned and
compacted as recommended
The site was inspected as follows:
Report 1 5/16/2018 PM Foundation excavated to subgrade and compacted
The soils were as anticipated from the previous geotechnical investigations
Testing showed good moisture and density
Pad approved for backfill
Report 2 5/21/2018 PM Pad brought to final grade
Testing showed adequate moisture and good density
Pad approved for concrete forms
The preparation of the foundation pad at 13100 CR 204 meets the requirements for the construction of the
residence. Capstone approves of the compaction. The soils at this site are suitable for a foundation designed for
maximum bearing capacity of 6,000 psf.
