7. PROTECT PLUMBING FIXTURES & PIPES FROM FREEZING PER I.R.C., SECTION P2603.5
AND TNSULATE WASHROOM FAC|LTTTES (|TEM #28) WITH HEAT SOURCE (ITEM #s8).
8. IF BUILDING IS TO BE HEATED _ NOW OR IN THE FUTURE - INSULATION AT THERMAL
ENVELOPE SHALL MEET 2009 t.E.C.C. MTNIMUM REQUTREMENTS (SEE ITEM #25). ALSO
REFERENCE ITEMS #58, 59, 62,63,64,65 AND 71. FOR MECHANICAL & HEATING SYSTEM
REQUIREMENTS.
9. IF APPLICABLE, ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE
ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME
INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
