limited liability company.
2. BUFF VALLEY LLC, is a Colorado limited liability company, under the laws of the state of
Colorado.
3. The current mailing address for: BUFF VALLEY LLC, a Colorado limited liability
company, is: 623 East Hopldns Avenue, Aspen, Colorado 81611,
4. Shannon „Sween ey is duly authorized by BUFF VALLEY LLC, a Colorado limited liability
company, without limitation, to execute instruments encumbering, conveying or otherwise affecting
title to certain real property to be purchased by it in Garfield County, Colorado, described in the attached
Exhibit A.
5. This Statement of Authority is executed and delivered pursuant to C.R.S. §38-3o-172, by the
undersigned on behalf of: BUFF VALLEY LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.
6. The undersigned intends and understands that the representations contained in this Statement
of Authority will be relied upon by third -parties, including Attorneys Title insurance Agency of Aspen,
LLC, and ANB Bank.
