Subject: Updated Notice Documents and Exhibit List
Please note the updated Exhibit List and Notice Documents (Exhibits 36 and 37) for the
Red Barn Guest Ranch LLC's application for a Community Meeting Facility (File No.
GAPA 05-17-8540).
The application was originally scheduled for a public hearing on November 7th, 2017,
and subsequently cancelled and re -scheduled for a hearing on November 20th, 2017.
New notice was required for the new hearing date. The Exhibit List that was submitted
for the original hearing date has been updated to show the new proof of notice
documents and the new hearing date. The original staff report and exhibits are included
and have not changed since submittal for the November 7th hearing.
