At your request, I inspected your house during your remodel at 99 W. Sunlight Court in Oak Meadows,
Glenwood Springs CO. The purpose was to verify that the framing for the remodel was acceptable for current
code and loading.
After some loadtracking and calculating, we supplemented several beams with steel channels and additional
LVL lams. Yesterday, I did my final inspection of the completed work. All the supplemental work was installed
per my directions and is approved by James Jackson Romeo PE, the Structural Design Consultant.
