Bill:
You are probably already aware of this, but I wanted to let you know that CRMS has submitted a building permit to our
office for remodel of the "Solar Dormitory" located at 152 Pabst Drive. As you know, this is a one-story wood -frame
building of 4,755 SF in size originally built in 1979. Included in the scope of work with the remodel plans is installation of
an automatic fire sprinkler system (NFPA R-13) for the entirety of the building.
I don't see any specific issues that we need to discuss, but please let me know if you have any concerns. As usual, we will
condition our approvals by requiring B&H Construction to contact you for review and sign -offs of all I.F.C. issues prior to
final inspection and C.O.
