Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Handicap parking space needs to be paved
Fire caulk south penetration in attic
Foam at exhaust in attic needs 1" clearance
Add vertical grab rail at toilet and shower
TPI valve needs extent to within 6" of floor/
Signage at Ada bathroom
