RE: LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
To whom it may concern,
The Peaks of Aspen Glen Homeowners Association do hereby grant Molina Construction
authorization to apply for all relevant permits relating to the repair and replacement of roof
shingles for the following townhomes:
Building 1
#95 Golden Bear Drive - Yajko, Eeda Alexandra
#97 Golden Bear Drive - Vidakovich, James L Revocable Trust
#99 Golden Bear Drive - Zuckerman, Matthew
Building 2
44123 Golden Bear Drive - Cooper, Thomas
#125 Golden Bear Drive - Clay, Philip & Lydia
#127 Golden Bear Drive - Slosky, Robert & Carole
A "Statement of Authority" letter from each respective owner is attached to this authorization
letter for your acceptance. Silver Mountain Properties is the Property Managing Company for
the Peaks at Aspen Glen and are also authorized to deal with any matter concerning the roofs.
