I am currently reviewing plans for a new home to be located at 14 Native Springs Drive in Rifle. lf you are not presently
a\ /are, there is a requirement that all residences located in the Native Springs subdivision need to be equipped with an
automatic fire sprinkler system.
please contact Orrin Moon, Fire Marshall at Colorado River Fire Protection District for more information about this fire
sprinklersystem requirement. I have copied Orrin on this emailand you can reach outto him via emailorcall him at
(g71l 625-t243, extension 29. We will finalize our review and issue a building permit, but it's imperative that you realize
that issuance of this permit will be specifically contingent upon installation of a fire sprinkler system as approved Þy tne
Fire District.
