Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
All new underground plumbing shall be under test pressure
Add clean outs out side of building within 3'
Complete underground plumbing for inspection
Properly bed piping at time of inspection

MUST BE INSPECTED BEFORE COVERING.
