8) CONTROL OF NOXIOUS WEEDS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROPERTY OWNER.
9) ONE (1) DOG WILL BE ALLOWED FOR EACH RESIDENTIAL UNIT WITHIN A SUBDIVISION
