Note: The following condition of permit was issued in response to Amended Plans
submitted by Homeowner on Feb. 22, 2018 for a finished bedroom + bathroom
located in previously unfinished attic space above the garage.
Condition of Permit:
A separate'lock-off or Accessory Dwelling Unit at the Garage Attic is
specifically NOT an approved use under this building permit, and any
such future use will first require a Land -Use Change Permit under the
provisions of Garfield County's Land Use and Development Code.
