They have applied for a building permit and there is a plat note stating that we must receive a letter of approval from the Fire District before we can issue a permit. The building is relatively small (1,120 SF) in size and will be a single -story, wood -frame structure (Construction Type: V -B, Occupancy Group B). 1 For your convenience, I have included a site plan and floor plan of this project for your review. I have also copied Larry Zugschwerdt of Z -Construction LLC on this email so that you can reach out to him if you haven't already been contacted about this project. Please let me know if you have any specific concerns, and as with all commercial projects, we will condition our approval of the building permit upon having sign -off and approval from the Fire District prior at both frame inspection and prior to final inspection & C.O.
