Re: Van Hoose Timber Gulch Subdivision Exemption
This is to request on behalf of my clients, Donald Van Hoose and Matthew Van Hoose, an
extension of time to present the final exemption plat and accompanying materials in support of
final approval of this exemption. We request an extension of 120 days in order to complete the
survey of the easement from the County road, to and through the exempted lots, which has been
deferred due to the onset of winter and, in order to complete the requirements for proof of
adequate source of domestic water for the exempted lots. As you will recall, there is an existing
decree for domestic water rights which may be used on the exempted lots. We are pursuing
augmentation of these water rights in the Division 5 Water Court.
Would you please confirm in writing that the requested extension is granted.
Very truly yours,
STUVER & GEORGE, P. C.
