PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-I01(10)(a)-(d) as
amended, and the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado,
adopted September 1, 1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Sections 1.02.17(d)
and 3.02.01, the undersigned Ray Baldwin respectfully petitions the
Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt
by resolution two parcels of land more fully hereinafter described,
from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the
terms are used and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-10I(a)-(d) and
the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations, for the reasons stated
below:
Petitioner, acting as agent for the owner, Valley Farms, Inc. who
own a tract of land in Garfield County, Colorado, as described in
document No. 228848 as filed in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of
Garfield County, Colorado, a copy of which is attached.
Said property would be divided into four parcels of land as shown
containing 1.59 acres, more or less, 17.92 acres, more or less, 26.24
