Call for re -inspection.
fl$50.00 re -inspection fee must be paid prior to re -inspections.
I have inspected this work and have found the following corrections are required:
Finish trim around garage door for tire rated wall
Caulk siding joints,exterior penetrations and paint gas pipe
Add weather sealant at bare exterior wood
Finish siding
Provide letter from engineer for hole 1 bottom of tji in garage
Chain or glue gas key
Maintain minimum side clearance of toilet
Add landing at bottom of stairs
AdC 0 detector outside of both bedroom
