Lienholder Consent and Subordination
The undersigned, being the Beneficiary under a Deed of Trust granted by the Owners upon the
real property platted and divided as shown upon this Amended Plat*, certifies that the undersigned
has reviewed the Amended Plat and by this certification hereby consents to said Amended Plat as
stated in the certificate of dedication and ownership executed by the Owners hereon, and hereby
subordinates any interest that Beneficiary may have in and to the property subject to such
dedication, to the entity(ies) or general public to which such dedication is made.
"MERS" is Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. MERS is a separate corporation that
is acting solely as a nominee for Lender and Lender's Successors and assigns. MERS is the
