WHEREAS, the Petitionen has demonstnated to the satisfaction of the Boand of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, that she desires said exemption for the Purpose of resale of said tnacts rrBrr, rrctr and ilD'r into single-family residential acreage, andl WHEREAS, the Petitionen has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Boand of county conmissioners of Ganfield county, coloradorthat there is a neasonable pnobability of locating domestic waten on each of said tracts, that there is adequate ingTess and egress to said tracts, that the lbcation of septic tanks will be penmitted by the colo::ado Depar"tment of Health, that the :requested division is in accordance with the genenai pr:rposes and intent of the Subdivision Regulations of the state of colorado and the county of c,arfie)-d, and should, therefone, be exempted froln the definition of the terms trsubdivisionil and t'subdivided land'r as set forth in C'R'S' 1973' J 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(a) as amended; NOI.I, THEREFORE, upon the motion of Flaven J. Ce::ise, seconded by Richand C.
