1. All work to comply with the 2015 IBC, IMC, IPC, IFC, and IFGC.
2. Verify all Fire Code requirements with Fire District. Fire District to do a
final inspection prior to final inspection by County.
3. Sec. 2404 IFC applies to the structure (see attached). Verify flammability
of fabric and submit report to building department prior to construction.
4. State Electrical Inspector shall do all electrical inspections. Rough in and
final required prior to County inspections of framing and final.
5. Building occupancy is B. Type of construction 11 B. Building is approved as
unheated and without any plumbing.
6. Building must be accessible as per Chapter 11 IBC.
7. Light and Ventilation as per Chapter 12 IBC.
