Soils Report - please submit a digital copy of the soils report by CTL Thompson as referenced on the Structural Engineer's drawings. And for future reference, whenever there has been a soils report prepared by a Geotech Engineer, Garfield County will now require that you submit a copy at the time of building permit application' B. Structural Specs for Reference Building Code - The Engineer calls out the 2009 version of the lRC, but Garfield County requires all residences to comply with the 2016 lRC. Please have your Engineer submit an email directly to us verifying that structural design complies with the 2016 lRC. C. Concrete Slab on Grade Foundation - We have inserted the revised foundation plans showing a concrete slab in lieu of the structured wood floor above a crawl space. Should the main level floor framing plans also be removed from this set of drawings?
