The letter is to confirm that the Aspen Equestrian Estates project has been structurally designed
for and conforms to the 2016 IRC code. The notes on the plans were from an older project and
need to be updated. Also the foundation has been designed to comply with the Kumar &
Associates r eport # I 9 -7 -282
