Dear Mr. Schwaller,
1 am writing in reference to the above mentioned building permit for the Dollar General in
Parachute. When reviewing the permit, we noticed a few items that may need to be changed on
the permit and/or the building plans,
First, the permit lists Bradford Builders as the contactor for this job. Unfortunately, after the
application was submitted, we were required to change contactors. The new contactor will be
Altech, Inc., P.O. Box 6398, Texarkana, TX 75505. Their phone number is 902-832-7096.
Please make any necessary changes to the permit or your records.
Second, and most importantly, we would like to request permission to change the material that
will be used on the outer facade of the building and to remove the peak at the front. The current
plan shows a combination of stucco and Hardie plank being used for the outer shell of the
building. We would like to remove the stucco and use Hardie plank for the entire building. In
addition, we would like to remove the peak at the entrance, I have attached a revised elevation
showing the change. Please let me know your thoughts on the issue and please let me know if
you need any further information from me. If you are okay with the changes, I will have new
metal building plans drafted and forwarded to you.
