Drawer 400 Glenwood Springs, CO 81602 RE: White Exemption Dear Eric: At their meeting on September 9, 1991, the Garfield County Board of County Commissioners approved the White Exemption subject to the following conditions: 1. That all representations of the applicant, either within the application or stated at the meeting before the Board of County Commissioners, shall be considered conditions of approval. 2. That the applicant shall have 120 days to present a plat to the Commissioners for signature. Extensions of time may be granted if requested prior to the expiration date. 3. That the applicant shall demonstrate an adequate water supply for each of the lots subject to the approval of the Division of Water Resources. 4. That access to the 4± acre parcel be subject to the review and approval of the County Road and Bridge Supervisor. 5. That the following plat notes be included on the Exemption Plat: 1. That the applicant shall submit $200 in School Impact Fees for the creation of the new lot. 7. The applicants shall demonstrate that there is a minimum easement width of 20 feet currently dedicated or there shall be a minimum 20 foot wide access easement dedicated on the Exemption plat. 8. The subject (original 13.75 acre) property qualifies for application for two (2) additional parcels through the exemption process.
