We did a review for a grading permit for the above. As per the plat notes and due to the 1-00 year flood plain, there is a
minimum finished floor height elevation of 6262.O for both the garage and living space finished floor elevation for this
lot. This is noted on the grading permit and also with the approved plans pending. I wanted you to know this before any
grading gets started.
