Box 640 Glenwood Springs, Co. 81602 RE: Exemption for Ed and Juanita Williams on Main Elk Creek Dear Commissioners; You approved our SB 35 exemption request on December 19, 1984 with conditions. All conditions have been met with the exception that the Bureau of Land Management has not yet transferred the grant of easement for the road and water line from ourselves to a newly formed Home Owners Association. The HOA has been formed with Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Covenants, and has been filed with the State. We are now awaiting approval of the HOA from the BLM. We understand that your conditional approval for the exemption could expire this day without some form of extension on your part. We respectfully request a sixty (60) day extension of the exemption conditional approval in order to allow time for the BLM to accept the transfer of easement. Thank you for your consideration.
