Thomas:
We have reviewed the proposed modular office building to be used as a temporary office for the Rocky Mountain Stone
Supply yard to be located on the Powers gravel pit located at 87 County Road 103. One of the Building Department's
conditions of approval in issuing this building permit is that you are required to get the local fire district's approval and
meet any fire code requirements they may have for this project.
I have copied Bill Gavette with Carbondale Rural Fire District on this email, and you can contact him either via email or
by phone at (970) 963-2491 to discuss this project with him.
