IV. FINDINGS: I. RELATIONSHIP TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: Distr LcL C/ RuraI Areas with I,Ilnor Environmental- Constraints ]I. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSAL: A. Site Description: The site contains two parcels being relatively Ievel. There are two existing houses and an existing access easement for Parcel #3 through Parce1 *2. B. Project Description: The applicants wish to build a new access road to be shared by both parcels #2 and #3. This requires the creation of a boundary line adjustment and a new legal description for the access easement. The existing drive would serve parcel #I which sits to the north of Parcel #2. TII. MAJOR ISSUES AND CONCERNS: 1. That the proposed request is in order with Resolution No. 80-65, governing Senate BilI 35 exemptlon reguests. 2. That for the above stated and other reasons, the proposed zoning is in the best interest of the health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity, and weffare of the citizens of Garfield County.
